Hello! I’m Dr. Lexi Reid, a Physical Therapist in the state of California. I was born and raised in New Jersey (Go EAGLES!) until I moved to Los Angeles in 2016 to pursue my degree. Growing up, I was constantly active, participating in dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, relay sprinting, and rowing crew. I love exploring in nature and going on long road trips with my husband. I specialize in rehabilitation for orthopedic/sports injuries, including post-operative status, development of fitness programs, and chronic pain treatment. My experience comprises of thousands of hours of successful outcomes treating hundreds of patients in a variety of settings. I have been an avid yoga practitioner and instructor for over 10 years, which has been a profound tool in both my physical and mental health journey. I am insatiably curious about the brain and how it functions. I have taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses for how to treat chronic pain. My approach uniquely infuses education on the neuroscience of pain and mindfulness techniques into a personalized program to help you reach your goal. Whether it’s to rehabilitate from injury, improve fitness or treat chronic pain, I will meet you where you are at.
